Refund Policy
Deltavueloreserva's refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Refund eligibility depends primarily on the fare type and airline rules associated with your booking. This policy explains what to expect at each stage, from cancellation request to funds landing back in your account.
Refundable Tickets
If you purchased a refundable fare, you may cancel your booking and receive a refund minus any applicable airline cancellation fees and our service fee of $25 per passenger per sector. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the airline approves the cancellation.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded after the risk-free cancellation window expires. However, the taxes component (airport taxes, surcharges) may be refunded as airlines are required to return these even on non-refundable fares. This refund typically takes 15–30 business days.
24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
All bookings can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the departure is more than 7 days away — consistent with U.S. Department of Transportation requirements for flights to, from, or within the United States. To cancel, log into your account or call our support line.

Involuntary Changes (Airline-Initiated)
If an airline cancels your flight, significantly changes your schedule, or you are denied boarding, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of fare type. Deltavueloreserva will facilitate this refund and notify you within 24 hours of being informed by the airline.
Service Fee Refunds
- Risk-free cancellation (within 24 hrs): service fee fully refunded
- Refundable ticket cancellation: $25 service fee retained
- Non-refundable ticket: service fee not refunded
- Airline-initiated cancellation: service fee fully refunded
How to Request a Refund
Log into your Deltavueloreserva account and navigate to "My Bookings." Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, call us at +1-804-593-0155 (24/7) or email refunds@deltavueloreserva.com with your booking reference.
Refund Timeline
- Credit/debit card refunds: 7–14 business days
- Bank transfer (ACH) refunds: 5–7 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
- Original payment method credit: timing follows your card issuer or bank
All refund amounts are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Deltavueloreserva is not responsible for currency conversion losses for international card holders.
